C3Fit Training is an exclusive exercise program which is tailored for individual clients. Highlights of the program: Rapid fat burning, increased endurance, core strength training, muscle toning work outs, lean body contouring.

Why C3Fit?

I was struck by the fact that the sports medical community does not really pay attention to the "everyday" woman and young athletes. So I decided to design a sport fitness program for women and aspiring young athletes to help them achieve fitness, personal body shaping goals and enhanced athletic performance that they never thought were possible.

How does it work?

  • Clinical exercise specialist works with special population such as injured athletes, individual athletic youths, teams and woman.

  • Run programs which enhance clients' strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.

  • Train elite and young athletes through plyometric, isometric and balance exercises to enhance their speed and agility with respect to their sport.

  • Disciplines in ballet, yoga, ballet, weight training, aerobic, strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility, balance and core training.

  • Personal one-on-one training with clients either at RJN Physical Therapy or in the client's home.

  • Access individual client's level of physical fitness and set and reach fitness goals through the C3Fit program.

  • Sports nutrition programs implemented and designed around individual needs.

  • Clients utilize and work in conjunction with a local Registered Compounding and Wellness pharmacy.

All programs are customized to the individual. All sessions can be offered virtually.

C3Fit adjusts to each age group and fitness level. Workout with the fitness level assigned to your own personal requirements. Workout your entire body, raise your metabolism, and sweat like you have never sweat before in a short period of time.

  • Image consulting combined with fitness training: Personalized training for physical fitness, style/fashion and hair and make-up and make-over guidance

Youth Training

 
 

There are competitive edge training sessions for youths between the ages of 10 and 18. The program will be tailored to meet individualized goals and individualized needs and will be geared towards a specific sport as well as provide overall conditioning.
